1.The firm must be GST registered or
in case of exemption, proof should accompany the quote.
2.Sealed Quotations are to be
submitted by 31 October 2008 and tender will be opened at 1500 hours on 04
November 2008.
3.Payment will be made through
cheque after deduction of 3.5% of Income Tax, on receipt, inspection and
acceptance of stores in accordance with the ordered specifications, Rates
must be inclusive of all taxes to be payable by supplier, which will be
deducted at the time of final payment.
4.President Local Purchase Committee

5.Earnest money (refundable) @ 2% of
